    How do I tell what my $CATALINA_HOME is for my tomcat 6 ( myEclipse built-in)? thanks

    THC,
    I would suggest you setup another instance of Tomcat 6 to develop with because the integrated tomcat is a stripped down version which has been provided mainly for quick testing of apps. Hope that helps.
