how to i change the application id in myeclipse.
I used the naming suggested in the tutorial namebuilder.id .now when I change it to
com. company.name from the config, a red x appears beside it.

it should be the same as the bundle id created for provisioning,correct?

Hi,

Yes, you are correct. There is a small bug that reports the name as an error if ti has more than two segments (i.e. com.genuitec.todoApp), currently you can ignore this, the application will build correctly it should be fixed in an upcoming release.
