I’d like to see a new feature that checked for duplicate jars and classes.

This could perform two checks…
* check for duplicate jar file inclusion in a project
* check at a class level for duplicate classes

This is actually something we discussed at one point putting into the deployment module, but I could see the benefit of having it as a generic functionality at the project level and maybe a validator for it. I’ll add your comments to our issue tracked internally for it.
