Just upgraded to 6M1 from 3.8.4 and don’t see Bugzilla screens any more…
Is it still there?

We actually removed the Bugzilla support since much more extensive support for Bugzilla is now available from the Eclipse Myln project. We’re working on making it available from our discovery site, but until then you can install it directly into your MyEclipse installation after downloading it here: http://www.eclipse.org/mylyn/downloads/
For MyEclipse 6.0M1 you’ll need the version for Eclipse 3.3.
