I’m currently runing MyE 4.0.0 and was wanting to update to 4.0.3GA but when I run Help -> Software Updates … I’m only offered the upgrade to 4.1.

Is there no way of doing only the ‘partial’ update anymore now that 4.1 has been released??

I’ve tried setting the ‘allow compatible’ preferences setting as well as un-checking the ‘Show only latest version’ checkbox on the Updates dialog.

There may be a way to do this through the update manager, however, one way you could for sure upgrade to version 4.0.3 is to download the archived update site download for 4.0.3.

Just download that file and in your update manager you can specify an archived update site. Then go to Software Updates > Find and Install… > Search for new features to install. Then click on new archived site and select the zip file that you downloaded.
