I have an EJB project which has a generated ejb-jar.xml. I can open the descriptor both from within the IDE and externally (from the filesystem, using notepad). However, I keep getting the following error:

Try right clicking on your project and selecting “Refresh”, then Clean/Rebuild the project.

Does the error still popup? Where are you seeing this error, in the problem view or in a dialog?

Thanks, cleaning the project worked. I was getting the error in the problem view.
