When ever I try to launch the HTML Designer, Eclipse is closed. I issue happens when both creating a new *.htm or opening an existing *.htm. Any suggestions?

Richard,
Try and restart Eclipse with a new workspace using File > Switch Workspace and use a new dir that doesn’t exist, after it restarts, create a new web project then a new HTML file in that web project, did it work?
