There are two problems, you are using an old milestone release of Eclipse and an old release of MyEclipse.

Please download a clean copy of Eclipse 3.2 SDK from the eclipse.org site and uncompress it a new directory, then do the same for MyEclipse 5.0.1 from our site, again to a new directory, pointing it at your new Eclipse install when asked for it.

Then start it up, pointing it at your old workspace.
