Dr.Karl-Christian RauchMemberSome comments are needed for the different graphical arrows which describe the relationship between tables, and how can they be manipulated, if so.
Thanks

Brian FernandesModeratorThe ERD is only a graphical viewer for now, so relationships cannnot be manipulated.
Which version of MyEclipse are you using? The help system documenation was upgraded a release or two ago to include a description of the relationship annotations.

Riyad KallaMemberChristian,
Please open Help > Help Contents > MyEclipse DB Explorer, then open Getting Started and read section 5, that should explain what you were wondering about.January 24, 2006 at 12:34 pm #245190
Brian FernandesModeratorIf you go to Eclipse’s help system and locate the following quick start – “Working with ER-Designer” under the “Database Explorer User Guide”, drill down to section 5.1 and look at table 2 to find the information you require. That documentation was included in 4.0.3, so you should see it.
If you’re having trouble locating the document, we have an online version too: http://myeclipseide.com/enterpriseworkbench/help/index.jsp?topic=/com.genuitec.eclipse.sqlexplorer.doc/doc/quickstarts/erdesigner/index.html
Let us know if you require further assistance,

Brian.Riyad and Brian,
Thank you very much for your advices. I have found what I had looked for.
Seems to be very good to work closely with the eclipse’ online-help mechanism where you integrated also the MyEclipse’ online-help.Best,
