Is it possible to have packages displayed in reverse engineering process?
I really can’t find the right way…
I also tried ‘drag on drop’ of classes belonging to different packages (in the same project) in a class diagram but I only have my classes displayed without their package containers…

When you are viewing a class diagram, you are actually “in” the package, so you can’t view that package, but you can view sub-packages in the same diagram.

I’m actually not able to view sub packages…
I have package P1 and subpackages P2 and P3…
If I drag and drop classes belonging to P1, P2 and P3 into P1 class diagram I’ve my classes shown correctly but no package containers at all…

You need to actually drag and drop the package itself into the diagram.
