Hi

Currentlt I am using Eclipse 3.1 and MyEclipse 4.1.

I would like to upgrade both of them.
I would like to upgrade Eclipse 3.1 to Eclipse 3.2,
I would like to upgrade MyEclipse 4.1 to MyEclipse 5.0.

Please could you help, how do I go implementing this.

Ismail,
There is no direct upgrade path when moving between major releases of Eclipse or MyEclipse. What you need to do is actually install fresh copies of Eclipse 3.2 SDK to a new directory, download and do the same with MyEclipse 5.0 and then when you go to start it up and it asks you for your workspace, you can point it back at your existing workspace so all your settings and projects are reserved.

It’s generally a good idea to statup atleast once with the -clean command line argument as outlined here:

to make sure your old workspace rebuilds it’s plugin cache.
