Dear Sirs,

i have a Prof. Subscription and i have tried to contact the update server to get Matisse4MyEclipse. After i have tried to do that i have got the following Error-message:

Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /downloads/products/matisse4myeclipse/updates-4.0/ on this server.
Apache/2.0.52 (Fedora) Server at downloads.myeclipseide.com Port 80

my question is why and is there a way to install the jar-archives in the profile and

plugins directory?

I believe you emailed support@ about this and we worked through everything and it was working… do you still need help or are things OK now?

The problem is that the update site didn’t get updated from the version 4.0 update site to the 5.0 update site. The new URL for the update site is:
http://downloads.myeclipseide.com/downloads/products/eworkbench/updates-5.0/

If you enter that as a new remote site, then use it, you should see the Matisse feature listed.
