Any ideas why code assit is not functioning Even if i hit ctrl+space i see the window for code assit for a split second. And when i put the . after a class instance etc i get nothing. I check the preferences and yes it is turned on but for some reason it is not working

We need more information than that. What are you trying to complete? Give us an example code snippet. Click on your MyEclipse menu item, then click About MyEclipse, then click “Configuration Summary” and paste the result here please.
