From this morning when i try to open a file with codemix in my Eclipse i get the alert that it’s time to buy a license. If I try to press the Unlock Access i get an Unexpected Problem – last Response from server responded with status 403.
I tried to do this from another IP, but the error remains.I also tried to check the Ready To Unlock Codemix and the response was that your license should be verified. As of last check, you access should be good until July 17, 2020
What is the problem? tried to signo out and in again but nothing changes

Sorry that you are seeing this issue with CodeMix.
1. Can you please use “other options” and click Sign out and Sign back in and then ‘Unlock Access’ again?
2. If you are still seeing the issue, then please share with us your workspace log file which is located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log?
Change the extension from .log to .txt and attach the file here.
