The Codemix editor is disabled for all typescript files, it just shows “Restarting” window in front and selecting “Reload CodeMix Engine” does not help. What do I do to start using the product?

Sorry that you are seeing this issue.
Can you please clarify if the license is applied?
If you are working with Eclipse 2020-09 and higher versions, then we have a known compatibility issue where the license dialog is blank.
Please apply the patch as suggested in this FAQ to fix it : https://www.genuitec.com/forums/topic/codemix-and-angular-ide-compatibility-issues-in-eclipse-2020-09/
Also CodeMix does not work with newer versions of Java. Please start Eclipse with Java 11 to work seamlessly with CodeMix.

You can download and evaluate MyEclipse for your development needs. If you find it satisfactory, then we can convert your CodeMix license to MyEclipse license.

If you want to continue with CodeMix and the above suggestions does not work, then please share the .log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log (rename the extension to .txt and attach it here) along with Eclipse version details to help us investigate further.
