1. Can you please clarify if this is a new install of CodeMix or a working copy which is not connecting now?
2. Please share with us the workspace log file by clicking on the icon for ‘Export Log’ in the Error Log view, save it as text file and attach it here to help us check for any errors/exceptions logged.
