NPE on Eclipse start (Which fails). Maybe related to expired license?

Windows 7
eclipse.buildId=4.7.3.M20180330-0640
java.version=11.0.1
java.vendor=Oracle Corporation

I applied the patch supplied in:

Still fails. Log is attached.

I’m sorry to hear you are having this issue, I’m not sure if the patch from the forum post you are referring can be applied to the latest version of CodeMix, could you please confirm what version of CodeMix you are running with? We’ve recently introduced the Live Chat feature it will probably be easier/faster to help your through that channel. You can find this at Help -> CodeMix -> Live Chat

Since eclipse completely fails to start I can’t access the chat feature 🙁

I tried deleting the codeMix files in user. Still cannot start.

Also, another issue I sent you a PM about.

From the logs I see you are running with Eclipse 4.7.3 and that you are running with Java 11 this could be the root of the issue. I think that only Eclipse 4.9 and 4.10 supports Java 11, perhaps making sure that your eclipse run with Java 1.8 will get you to run your Eclipse, then we can take a look over the CodeMix issue over Live Chat.
