Sorry that you are seeing this issue with CodeMix.
Is this a new install of CodeMix? Please try deleting the .codemix\engine folder in your home directory and then restarting Eclipse (note that the folder name begins with a dot, which is hidden by default in the file explorer). This will re-extract the engine, in case there has been some corruption of the code.

If you are still seeing the problem, then please share with us the workspace log located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log (save it as .txt file and attach it) for further investigation?
