• Which will Codemix disable, those built into Eclipse or those in CodeMix?
• Is there any visual display of this in the Extension Manager (like automatically disabling the checkmark)?

Brian,

In areas where CodeMix provides superior validators, it will disable the corresponding validators provided by Eclipse. You can clearly see the disabled validators, and control the disablement too, on the Preferences > CodeMix > Languages > Disabled Validators page.
