Something like this came up shortly after ECF was announced, I think at this point we are in a holding pattern waiting for ECF to mature and get some more robust inter-relationships with some other projects maybe like Mylar… now that would be cool.

As for ECF, you are probably right

Not off the top of my head, Mylar really stands out as a inventive plugin that developers tend to fall in love with after 10mins.
