I got errors in some java files. Normally they show up in the package explorer and in the section “problems”. After switching my %JAVA_HOME% to from a java 5 to a java 6 directory I can’t see the errors any more, only if I open up the file. It happened to me before and it “fixed itself” after some time. What could be the reason for that behaviour?

This forces eclipse to do a rebuild of everything and it always seems to work.”
