Out development shop is set up so that all of our projects are set up in PVCS and the Eclipse workspace data is set up outside of the PVCS structure. This allows each developer to maintain their own configurations without accidentally checking them into our Source Code Control System. We have had good luck with Web Projects (Until 2.7 GA) EJB projects we can setup the source but not the location of the xml files but since they are generated that is not an issue. The issue is with EAR projects. We would like to set up and EAR project in order to deploy multiple EJB and WEb projects in one action. We have not figured out how to point the project at an application.xml that resides inside out SCCS without creating the project in the SCCS itself.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Thanks for an awesome product.

    Scott,
I’m guessing the application.xml file is not in the META-INF directory of the EAP project? You can try using sym links (NTFS supports them, please google NTFS sym links for usage).
