Can you please share the .log file located at workspace dir/.metadata/.log along with the path to the MyEclipse installation folder , OS and version details to help us investigate further. Rename the .log to .txt and attach it here.

Thank you for the details and the log file.
It looks like either the file system is corrupted or there is a hardware problem.
Apart from license change, is there any other update to the system or a sudden crash of the workspace?

Please reboot the system and check if you can manually access the file at this location outside of MyEclipse :
C:\Users\abhishesharm\Workspaces\abk\fiserv-sso-strategy-saml\target\classes\com\fiserv\frms\common\sso\strategy\saml\AttributeValueImpl.class
Try creating new file in that location to rule out access issues.

If the problem persists, then you might need to check if there are any bad sectors in the hard drive.
