hi all,
I need a property file with arabic contents in my project.while saving i got some encoding error…I edit the encoding property in Windows->preferences->text editor->Spelling to UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1. but its unsuccessful…..Here i need to know one thing
that can edit arbic text using my eclispe?if so how? bcz some times I need to edit jsp file with arabic contents….

Hello shan,

For your properties file can you open it with the an alternate editor, right-click your .properties file and say “open with > Text Editor”. See if you can replicate the problems you were having there. Regardless, if you can replicate your problems with the MyEclipse Properties Editor, could you open your error log and post here any details that seem to be related to your probem?

So the default Eclispe text editor will not save the file with Arabic contents?
