Hello:
I’m using MyEclipse of 3.84,Eclipse 0f 3.01 and Winxp .
I’m created *.tld files,when I’m creating web.xml and adoption servlet 2.4,Schema,in web.xml input “<taglib>”, it’s go awry(cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element ‘web-app’.);but I’m adoption servlet 2.3,dtd,it’s true.
this is why?

I don’t quite understand what you are asking but I THINK this might help:

Please note if you are using the web 2.4 spec, your <taglib> entries need to go inside of a new tag called <jsp-config>, they are no longer top level elements like they were in the web 2.3 spec.
