I would like to get the DB Explorer to work with JBoss / hsqldb.

Please could someone give me a hint what configuration values I do have to set in the preferences ?

There is quite a long thread on this in the forums that gives a lot of detail, also I believe that there is an issue with displaying the tables in the DB explorer unless you upgrade to the most recent release of HSQLDB.

thanks for your feedback. We are using JBoss 4.0.2 and M6, so I guess the issue with the ‘upgrade to the most recent release of HSQLDB’ is solved, right?

Sorry, I could not trace the info to set up the preferences. I tried to configure the in-memory configuration and later removed it. If I now want to add a new driver configuration the hsqldb.jar is not any more displayed? How do I revert this?

Please could you confirm the URL:
jdbc:hsqldb:hsql://localhost:1701

Yes this should be fine.

Double check your port setting with your JBoss configuration file, but otherwise this looks fine to me.
