[Dan Bartlebaugh]

I added new items to my css, but they are not working. If I use a prior style on my webpage it works. However, if I try to apply something I just added, it does not show up in the new style. I have been rebuilding and redploying the application, but cannot get anything new in my css to function. Any ideas?

After moving the style to the middle of the css file and adding a new Anchor style, my ones that were not working finally started working. However, the ones I had added new this time do not work. However, since I did not need htem, I removed them and it appears to be fine now.
