Using Eclipse 2023-12 RC1 and darkest dark 1.11.0.202306151725
When opening a popup window (eg, search (ctrl+F) or new class wizard) the input fields shown no cursor.

Sorry that you are seeing this issue. Thank you for the screenshot.
I ran few tests on Eclipse JEE 2023-12 RC1 with DevStyle but could not replicate the missing cursor issue.
Do you see the problem in a new workspace as well? Can you please check how it looks in Eclipse Dark theme?
Also share your OS and version details.

I tested with a fresh copy of eclipse-java-2023-12-RC1-linux-gtk-x86_64.tar.gz and a new workspace.
With the eclipse dark theme a cursor is visible (see attachment).
After installing Darkest Dark and using DevStyle as theme (window -> preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Theme)
there is no visible cursor (see attachment).

I run on Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
