Can i create a custom widget? The reason is that i have a toolbar on my page. That tools bar has some links which will be different for production and test environment. I want them to configure it at one place. Right now i have to go to each page and configure them individually.
If not any other idea?

While you cant actually do a custom widget you can modify the HTML widget to do almost anything. It would depend on what you need for your customization. If you can give more specific details I can see if I can point you in the right direction.
