Sir/Madam,
From the CVS Repositories perspective, I “check out” a project that contains binary (.jar) files. In some cases, the entire .jar file will not be copied to the workspace. The CVS product appears to be properly configured for .jars as binary (Preferences, Team, File Content).
Any advice as to why this may be happening.

Can you please explain what do you mean by the entire .jar file is not copied into workspace ? Is the .jar file that is checked out corrupt ?
