I’m working in the MyEclipse Perspective with a project I have checked out from CVS. After checking out the project I get 2 different icons on my directories. One is the standard orange Cylinder for a repository “linked” file. The other is a blue arrow pointing to the upper left corner of the screen in a white box with a blue outline. I don’t know what this icon means, but all the files in the directory (though they display the Repository icon) have their team functionality grayed out. Any thoughts on what might be causing this behavior?

I found the answer, for anyone who cares it is a linked folder, and the reason I can’t check anything in is because the resource does not exist in the file system where eclipse thinks it exists so it disables that functionality. (or something like that)
