panickertMemberHello,
Brand new MyE IDE9 installation. Fails on clicking Dashboard/Software/Collaboration tabs on configuration center after hanging on it 10 mins+
1) Tips and Trcks tab shows could not connect to “www.poweredbypulse.com”
2) In the News tab shows could not connect to “”www.genuitec.com”
3) An “Multiple problems have occurred” dialog box appears with bunch of “an error has occurred see log for more details” list. – -> java.land.reflect.InvocationTargetException.The proxy is set correctly, could successfully get to examples on demand.
Need subclipse installed, to do dev – help! – Double thinking about renewing subscription.
Installation details is as follows:

support-joyMemberpanickert,
Sorry to hear you are running into this issue.
Please verify you have setup your proxy details here – window > preferences > general > network connections. If yes, I would recommend you a quick re-install using pulse. Please do the following.
1. Turn on the [Caps Lock] key
2. Open Pulse (Start > Programs > Pulse > Pulse Explorer or download the same from http://www.poweredbypulse.com)
3. This would prompt you to set your proxy, select yes and follow the wizard
4. Login to pulse, you can also login anonymously
5. Select “Eclipse – Helios” realm from top left hand drop-down
6. Select “MyEclipse 9.0” from *My Profiles*, right click on the same and click on [re-install and run]
7. Also you could select “MyEclipse 9.0” and from the right hand pane go to software tab. You can add subclipse here from quick-add popular plug-ins. Right click on the plugin and click on [Add to profile]
8. Click on [Apply x changes]
9. And follow the wizard, when prompted choose to restart the IDELet me know how this works for you.
panickertMemberThat seems to work.
Thank you! You guys are all right!
support-joyMemberpanickert,
