    Hi,

Operating System and version: Fedora Core 3
    Eclipse version: 3.0.1
    Eclipse build id: 200409161125
    org.eclipse.pde.*: 3
    MyEclipse version: 3.8.3
    Eclipse JDK version: 1.5.0_01
Application Server JDK version: Tomcat 4.1.31

I’ve a problem with deguging my application.
Yesterday i could debug my application.
But when i wanted to debug to day all breakponts aren’t triggered at all,
    also new breakpoints aren’t triggered.

The breakpoints were triggered when i started tomcat 4 with the start button on the myeclipse button bar.

    What can be the problem

    Sergio

You need to use an app server that fully supports the JSR 45 spec, Tomcat 4 does not support this spec so debugging will be spotty (sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t).

Tomcat 5 is a favorite, JBoss 4 also (uses Tomcat 5 as servlet engine), Sun App Server 8, I believe Resin 3 does, WebLogic 8/9 (I think 7 as well) and some others that slip my mind at the moment.
