I am using JRun4 and I updated myEclispe to 3.8.2. Now when I set a breakpoint in the class and step over, it showed me the class editor and saying that source not found. Could you tell me which setting I missed up? Usually I could debug step over on the source code.

Kathy,
Try and shut down JRun, remove the deployment, rebuild the project and redeploy it. That will clear any cobwebs that may be causing the debugger from finding source.

I have done what you said several times, even recerated Jrun4 instance. But it is still not working. Any idea?

Where is the actual source file that cannot be found? Is it a Java files or a JSP file?
