To Whom It May Concern:

I am using Myeclipse 4.0 and the following eclipse:

Version: 3.1.0
Build id: I20050610-1757

When I tried to use debugging I get the following error:

Exceptions occured stepping over the frame.

Here is the details:
Exceptions occurred attempting to step over the frame
org.eclipse.jdi.TimeoutException: Timeout occurred while waiting for packet 1200. occurred stepping in thread.

Does anybody know how I can prevent this problem.

The problem is that you are not running 3.1.0 GA, you are runniing the Milestone release right before the final release. We would encourage you to install Eclipse 3.1.1 SDK from the Eclipse site and reinstall MyEclipse. Then add -clean to your command line arguments and reopen your Workspace. If the debugging issue still occurs we can start trouble shooting it from there, but right now it could be a broken API call causing the problem.
