Hi

I can’t change the default encoding of XML files. I explain the steps i followed to do this.

1- I set default encoding for XML files to ISO-8859-1 (Windows-Preferences-General-Content Types-XML).
2- I set project default encoding to ISO-8859-1 (Project properties-Info-Text File Encoding).

After that, when I create a new xml file the encoding is UTF-8.
