    Hi,

I believe that if a resouce that has a validation failure(s) is deleted, then the proper behaviour is to remove the marker for failure(s). The current behaviour does not do this and the result is that the view produces errors to the effect that the resource can not be located. The user then has to re-run validation to clear these bogus lines in the Problem View.

What you folks have achieved in short time span is admirable. However, I think that MyEclipse now really suffers from your not having done sufficient use casing and testing. Please do not risk the great potential of the product by not paying attention to the basics. [This is said with the best of intentions towards making a contribtion.]

    Cheerio,
    Joel

    Joel,

We’ll be spending all our time for the near future stabilizing features and tweaking out all the functionality to remove idosyncracies like the one you reported. Please let us know when you find them so we can get them addressed.
