    Hi,

I have MyEclipse configured to use an existing OC4J environment, and when I use the “Oracle AS -> Start” menu option from the “Run/Stop/Restart MyEclipse Application Servers” the OC4J container starts fine, the same as it does from the Windows command line.

But when I try to deploy my project to the “Oracle AS” server (using the “Project Deployments” dialogue, the “Oracle As” deployment, using “Packaged” deployment, has an exclamation point at the left and in the “Deployment Status” message box below I always have the following error message:

Deployment is out of date due to changes in the underlying project contents. You’ll need to manually ‘Redeploy’ the project to update the deployed archive.

How can I deploy my project to the target server so that I can run my JSPs and related Java files using the MyEclipse debugger?

    Thanks!

    Stuart,

Are you saying that the deployment shows it’s out of date immediately? What happens if you immediately redeploy the project? Does the warning go away? Even if the deployment shows “out of date”, is your application available when accessed through a browser? Does the Oracle console show it’s been deployed?
