When I try to deploy a project with missing linked resources (the actual file pointed by the linked resource is missing) I get errors and the deployment fails.
It would be helpful if MyEclipse could just ignore the missing linked resources or generate a warning but continue the deployment process.
I am using MyEclipse 5.5.GA on Windows XP sp2.
I agree with you that this would be helpful. I have filed this to be addressed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
