    Thanks. That gets my files where I need them to be.

    It looks like MyEclipse will only control one instance of JBoss, though. I have JBoss 4.x set up to use the server called “default.” Do you have any suggestions about debugging an app deployed to the server called “server1?”

    You are in luck. In 5.0 Milestone 2 we added a new feature to create custom launch configurations, so you could have 10 JBoss configurations and use them all. Instructions on how to do that is outlined here: http://jroller.com/page/myeclipseblog?entry=creating_a_custom_launch_configuration
