How do we get log file generated with specific build of our project, if we are using MyEclipse Deployment tool? is there anyway to display build datetime for our project? It would be nice if it auto updates a file in project each time deployment is made…
Sorry, MyEclipse doesn’t support something like this at the moment.
Could you give me a better idea of your use case to understand why something like this is handy?
Our application is web-based application, which has several CVS tags and versions based on client. Each time we send the deployment we have to manually update one file in project about CVS version details, date & time build was performed etc.
It would be nice, if MyEclipse would generate a XML file with above details, our project can simply read those information and display on web-page under admin section.
