    I am sorry if I have not been clear earlier. You can click on the buttons [pm] / [post reply] to send attachments. Or you can also send a mail to support@genuitec.com with the screenshot as attachment, please reference this thread in your mail and include ATTN:Joy in the subject. This will help in quick tracing
