More importantly, where can I get a dashboard view that lists all the supported technologies for each of version of MyEclipse products? Thanks.

Sorry, we do not have a dashboard view which lists the supported technologies for each version of MyEclipse.
The ME4S version that supports Java 1.7 will be available in a week. For now, you can install 10.0.1 and add the “MyEclipse for Spring” component from the MyEclipse Configuration Center > DashBoard.
