Hi,

I have just uninstalled 7.0 but when getting to th download page in order to get the 7.5, the link provided (7.5 all in one for windows – http://www.myeclipseide.org/Downloads-index-req-getit-lid-144.html ) is redirected to an error page “DirectAccess Not Permitted” : http://216.114.78.154/NoDirectAccess.html.

Impossible to download ! There is obviously something wrong with the referer filter on the download server !

I’m a little bit confused because what you’re reporting (direct access not permitted error) is true if you try copying the actual redirected URL into a browser (or download manager) and accessing it directly. However, if you simply click on the download link you posted (http://www.myeclipseide.org/Downloads-index-req-getit-lid-144.html) you should immediately see that your browser starts downloading the .exe file for Windows. I know that’s what happened when I clicked on it. Did you perhaps do something different than this?

Well, you’re probably not going to believe me 😉 but I only I went to the download page and clicked on the link, nothing else. Anyway, I just tried again and now it works !

Actually, I do believe you because I can’t always explain everything that happens in my browsers either. 🙂
