GapDebug 2015 update 5 (2.1.0) beta-6

Mac OSX installerBeta-6 includes the following:
- fix android app detection by removing support for the Facebook Stethos debug framework
- ignore errors in recent Chrome Dev Tools appcache manifest when updating tools
Please provide feedback on how well this beta version performs for you. We are pushing to provide a production version this week.
