Dear Support!
we are having a problem in one of the devices to download the files from MobiOne Server. The problem is only on android version and and clicking the link sent by MobiOne it gives the message of “Duplicate headers received from server” i don’t know what is causing this. After googling i learn its the browser problem and we try to open in other browsers too but no success.

Please help!

Hi mtanzeel,

This bug is being introduced by our cloud provider – Google App Engine. GAE is automatically adding the content type headers incorrectly. We have tried to work around this but nogo so far. We are waiting for google to resolve it. Q: are you using the default android browser? If no, please try using it. That is the temporary workaround.
