Hello,
My MyEclipse is version 9.0. Server is WAS 6.1.
I’m importing a RAD project with mixed EJB 2.x and EJB 3.0. All these projects are referenced in the main EAR project. I’m able to to export the EAR, however it doesn’t include the EJB3.0 projects.
Also, in Add or Remove Modules I can’t access the EJB 3.0 projects.
I’ve tried to change Dependent Java Projects and Deployment Policies but with no luck.

I have not found any issues with exporting mixed EARs. Do you use blue version of ME? Please check what is JEE version of your EAR project? (should be JEE 5) WAS 6.1 does not support EJB 3.0 by default, have you installed appropriate feature pack? Have you enhanced imported RAD projects?
