I’m having the exact same problem, Running Ubuntu 64bit 8.04…I extracted the most recent version of eclipse (3.2.2 32bit since myeclipse doesn’t think they need to operate in a 64bit world) still no name resolution.

Is it Java specifically or is it myeclipse? has anyone tried a more recent version of Java even though myeclipse suggests not using a more recent version?

I don’t understand why they can’t progress with the rest of the world?
