eclipse 3.0, jdk 1.4.2_04, win2k pro sp4

I installed 3.8 GA from scratch. Now I just want to update to 3.8.1. Nothing shows up in my update list.. after help->software updates->Find and Install.. What am I missing?

You’re missing the special instructions we had to issue for the site to work around two Eclipse 3.0 bugs.
