    Hi folks,

So, does this thing work? I thought I installed it correctly, but when in Site Explorer I want to eter my ftp address, it doesn’t accept it. Am I doing something wrong? And, is there a documentation for Eclipse WebDAV?

    thanks,
    Alex

    Wow, FTP is off topic?
Besides, I heard a lot of grunt about WebDAV. I don’t get it with all the superb features that Eclipse has, FTP can’t get that advanced? Are there any limitations in Java API for this?

While a lot of people do come here for general Eclipse and Eclipse plugin help, these forums exist to provide support for the MyEclipseIDE product, which is a J2EE IDE built ontop of Eclipse, that is why the question was moved to ‘OT’, it doesn’t related to the MyEclipse product.

I would suggest asking your question on the Eclipse users mailing list, you might have better luck getting an answer from others using the WebDAV plugin (I haven’t used it, else I would have answered your original question).
